The system is in transition from 2018 to 2019 so at this time you cannot download the full pdf. You can print the forms and schedules needed for filing by mail only right now. Sometime in December the full pdf will be available.

PRINT RETURN You need to print a copy of your return? Sign in to your account using exactly the same account and user ID that you used to prepare your return.
On the bottom of the screen find Your tax returns & documents and click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

I did my 2018 turbo return from my PC, no cloud, just old fashioned CD. I had a major PC corruption problem later in 2019. When I loaded a 2019 CD it couldn't find 2018 to transfer data. I re-loaded my 2018 disc and it said 2018 was already loaded, but I can't find it. So I went to look for the PDF version, but I don't know the full and proper title of a Turbo Tax complete PDF. I'm hoping through a PDF search I can find at least a PDF even if I can't find a .taxes2018. So... what is the full and proper title of a completed 2018 PDF?

The TurboTax PDF file name using a Windows based PC - 2018 (last name first name initial) Form 1040 Individual Tax Return_Records.pdf

By default all TurboTax data files and PDF's are stored in Documents and in the TurboTax folder.
