&lt;P&gt;Does that mean you can't find the 2017 return in the section "Your Tax Returns &amp;amp; Documents" when you expand that section and choose 2017 tax year? &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Or was it prepared in Free Edition last year and access is locked, and it asks you to pay to download?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot find it in that section "Your Tax Returns &amp;amp; Documents.". I am in the Webapp and went to "Previous Taxes" tab, I clicked on the 2017 section and it is not shown there. I tried the following process (&lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/accessing/help/why-can-t-i-find-my-return-in-tax-home-or-my-docs/00/25553" target="_blank"&gt;https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/accessing/help/why-can-t-i-find-my-return-in-tax-home-or-my-docs/00/25553&lt;/A&gt;) to see if I have a different user ID but it only sends me a verification code and does not mention if I have other IDs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Many people end up with multiple accounts without realizing it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Here's how to troubleshoot for multiple accounts (User IDs) :&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You can have up to 5 accounts that use the same email address for notification purposes.&amp;nbsp; A User ID may be an email address, but it doesn't have to be.&amp;nbsp; It might be only part of an email address, or it can be anything at all.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Also,&amp;nbsp; you haven't specifically said that you used Online TurboTax last year.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If you prepared the 2017 return in desktop software (CD/download), for instance, then there will be no copy of it in an Online account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you used Online TurboTax last year, and still can't find the 2017 return after using both methods I mentioned above, you can phone TurboTax Support for assistance:&lt;/P&gt;
