      <description>&lt;P&gt;No. Child support is not taxable or reportable by the recipient. Also, no two bankruptcies are EVER the same. If you're not comfortable with filing a tax return for your bankruptcy tax year, seek professional help in your local jurisdiction. The TT software can't handle but very few types of bankruptcies. The 982 is NOT included with the TT software. So if you will need it, you'll have to see professional assistance in your local jurisdiction.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
