If you did not save the original return before you amended it, you overwrote it when you prepared the 1040X and it is lost.

You can also get free transcripts of your federal return from the IRS - http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript

For a fee of $50 you can get a complete federal tax return from the IRS by completing Form 4506 - http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506.pdf

The tax return transcript that you obtain from the IRS is a transcript from your originally filed Form 1040EZ, not from your amended tax return. (I suspect that to obtain from the IRS information from your amended tax return, Form 1040X, you would have to use Form 4506 to request an actual copy of the amendment.)
