I can't get past the page asking for payment now or later so I can' get to the print center. I already paid when I started my taxes but ran out of time to finish them.

I need a copy of the extension for my mortgage application. I tried asking the community and turbotax support but can't get an answer or sign up for a call back. I was going to use a different online tax preparation and next year I will.

If you paid the TurboTax online account fees then you should have a credit card statement showing the payment.

You have to sign onto the TurboTax online account using the exact same User ID you used to create the account and e-file the extension request.

Do you have more than one TurboTax online account?

Close all TurboTax windows on your web browser (including this one). Copy and paste the account recovery website link onto a new web browser window and run the tool.

Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of all the user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery

If none of the user ID's received will access your 2019 account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"
