      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you use the online versions or the Desktop CD/Download program? &amp;nbsp;Do you have the tax data files ending in .tax2011, .tax2015 etc? &amp;nbsp;If you have a ,tax file you need that year program installed to open it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
