      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;No&lt;/B&gt;, you would file 1 federal return and enter all your income tax documents. &amp;nbsp;You would indicate in the return that you lived in 2 different states. &amp;nbsp;Because Texas does not have a state tax requirement you will only have 1 state return (New Mexico) to complete.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;*Note:&lt;/B&gt; In most cases, you have to file a state return for &lt;B&gt;each&lt;/B&gt; state that you lived in or earned income in. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
