I filed on Turbo tax for the year 2017 and 2018 the federal and state say they never received my taxes.

Did you use Online TurboTax both years? For all 4 of those returns not to be received, it sounds like you didn't finish the filing process. We can tell you how to check.

Did you think you efiled the 2018 return? For 2018 only, you can use this tool, to check the efile status of a 2018 return. Does it show accepted, rejected, or no result found?

You can also check the "return status" for 2018 when you log back into you online account. At the Tax Home what is showing for "Return status" for the 2018 Federal and state returns (if applicable)? Does it show accepted, rejected, printed, started, ready to mail, or what?

To check on 2017, if prepared online go to the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents." Expand that section then choose tax year 2017. What is showing for "status" there--accepted, rejected, printed, started, or what?

It is too late to efile 2018 & prior.

You have to print and mail prior year returns. When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received the return. Don’t forget state.
