I changed payment sent in with extension to zero however, on my amended copy to print still shows the original amount submitted and calculates taxes owed as if the payment is still in turbo tax.

You're not actually doing an Amended return, are you? You don't amend a return if you haven't filed the original one. So you might need to undo the amended return and just finish the original return.

If you need to delete a payment, see this Extension FAQ for how to get there. Then you can change to amount to zero.

https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/tax-payments/help/how-do-i-get-credit-for-tax-payments-i-made-with-my-extension/00/26817

I am. It’s been filed. I answered that I had sent in a payment with my extension when I hadn’t. I have updated all areas to zero but when I go to print it does show me with a credit for that payment.
