I currently have three (3) accounts. I would like to merge them all and I need a copy of my 2016 return. Below are the usernames:

bigorlando66 - 2016 return

orlandovelez09111966 - 2017-2018 returns

orlnadovelez66 - 2014 return

The site is not user friendly - I went to the "bigorlando66" and tried to get a copy of the 2016 return and it is requesting that I submit a 2018 return. I don't need to file a 2018 return, I just want a copy of my 2016 return please. IRS does not have a copy. However, it looks like I started it there, but I can't access it nor can I call anyone.

Sorry you can not merge accounts. You have to pay for 2018 in that account to unlock it. You don't have to file a 2018 from it.

Just Enter your personal information in the 2018 Free edition. The program will ask if you want the Plus Upgrade. Select the Plus Upgrade.

Did you pay for a 2018 return in the other account? Ask support to unlock it. Contact Customer Service 5am-5pm Pacific M-F
