I have filed my refund and only got one check mailed to my home country. I am having problems in tracking the other one.

Which one did you get? Federal and state come separately from different places at different times.

The state checks are taking a long time this year.

Check for a state refund https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899433-how-do-i-track-my-state-refund

Make sure you are using the refund amount from your actual state tax return and not the combined amount Turbo Tax showed you at the end. That was for federal and state combined.

Maybe you better check if your state return went through and was filed. Was your return Accepted? You can check your efile status here

When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

I did see in my account that both were accepted. But nothing was emailed. Whenever i try to track the system keep saying no record found. I don't understand why.
