I filed may 24 2019. Still yet to receive my taxes, when i check on the app it says ready to mail, but on the phone it says i never filed

Sorry but Printed or Ready to Mail means you have to print out your return and mail it to the IRS yourself. So it has not been filed yet.

Turbo Tax will always say Ready to Mail. They don't know if or when you actually mailed it. And the IRS doesn't tell Turbo Tax when they get a mailed return.

If you don't switch to efile and decide to print and mail your returns, be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. And don't forget state. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.

Your return has not been sent. "Ready to mail" means you need to print and mail your return in. You have not e-filed. That is also the reason you are getting your return was not filed on the phone . You would need to print your return, sign it, then put it in the mail.
