Did you have both a federal and state refund? Federal and state come separately from different places. Turbo Tax only shows you the combined amount at the end.

Or were you having the fees deducted from your refund? There is an extra 39.99 Refund Processing Service charge (44.99 in California).

If the IRS or state Adjusted your return they will mail you a letter explaining what they changed.
