Has the 2018 Maryland state return already been filed? Are you printing for your records after filing, or printing to file by mail?

What and where is the roadblock that keeps you from obtaining your state return?

Why do you think you don't have access to it? You appear to be using Online Premier. As such, all 2018 paid returns in that edition should be freely accessible until October 31, 2020. If you have already filed it, does the PDF you download at the Tax Home include only the Federal return and not the state return?

Or if it hasn't been filed yet, are you asking how to open the state return interview back up to finish it?

How to save the PDF

Try printing from the Print Center

Log back in your TurboTax account and "add a state" to open the return back up (you are not really adding a state, just to open it back up), then

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.

Then click on Print Center.

Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
