      <description>&lt;P&gt;Something is not gelling here.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Your question indicates you are using &lt;STRONG&gt;Self-Employed Edition&lt;/STRONG&gt;, which is way above PLUS.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Is that correct?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If so, all of your upgrade choices will be grayed out, since Self-Employed Edition is the highest upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What are you trying to do?&amp;nbsp; Are you trying to unlock a 2017 return?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Is the locked 2017 return in the SAME account as the 2018 return?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you already filed your 2018 return, or is it still in preparation?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you use Self-Employed Edition to prepare and file your 2018 return, or did you try to upgrade a 2018 Free Edition return and upgraded too far to Self-Employed Edition?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Or do you need Self-Employed Edition because you have a Schedule C business in your return?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We can tell you what all to do once your situation becomes clear.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I believe someone is hacking my TurboTax, I don’t want to pay $119 for an upgrade, I just wanted to do the first upgrade! Can you explain to me how to get rid of the self employment upgrade and allow me to get the first upgrade for $19.99! I’m in desperate need thanks</description>
