I need to know if my taxes where covered for 2017 the IRS is saying I owe 13.000

No one at TurboTax knows if you paid the IRS when you filed your 2017 tax return. Do you have bank/credit card records to show that you paid? That is a large amount of money that you would certainly notice if you paid it--or did not.

What does the IRS say about why you owe? Did they change something on your 2017 return? Was there income that you did not include on that return?
