If it was prepared in Online TurboTax, log in and at the Tax Home go to the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents". Expand that section and choose tax year 2017. Then look for a link "Download/print the PDF." Does it ask you to pay? If so, we can tell you how to unlock the access.

If all you need is the 2017 AGI, there is also a free link there called "View adjusted gross income (AGI.)"

If you don't find evidence of the 2017 return at all in that account, we can tell you how to look for multiple accounts.

It is asking me to pay, or go to the help section which is not helpful at all.

I need to see them
