topic Amended return in After you file

Amended return

So my amendment return was adjusted and now it's saying that and I quote, "Your account was adjusted on June 14, 2019. Within three weeks, you will receive a notice that explains the adjustment". Has this happened to anyone else and if so did you receive refund? It has not given me a dollar amount .

If due a refund, it normally precedes the explanation. If you want to pursue further and sooner - You can check the status of your Form 1040X using the Where's My Amended Return? online tool or the toll-free telephone number 866-464-2050 three weeks after you file your amended return.

When I amended my 2018, it showed up as adjusted on a Friday, and on that following Monday I got a paper check in the mail. It changed to "completed" about 2 weeks after that.
