in this new format, can't determine level of service you paid for there is TT live support. don't know if they request copies of your tax documents to verify what you give them is entered correctly. However, even professional tax preparers are limited by what info they get from the client. if they leave something out their return will be wrong and sometimes the IRS has the info to catch the errors

Had too much tax on your income (lines 11 or 15) or had too much tax due on your return (line 22)?

Last year they reduced the withholding tables so you got more back in your checks each month so you might have ended up getting less of a refund or owing more on your tax return.
