Creating a new account will not get you a copy of your return prepared on TurboTax by someone else on their account. You need the account used to prepare your return. They would have to give you their UserID & password so you can get into their account to get a copy of your return.

Thank you, if I could contact them, then I could get copy of my returns.....she won't return my calls, text and is never home when I try to stop by her house. She was to have verified my ID back in February and I just found out it wasn't done. So June 18th no refund....I have handled that part but now wait another 9 weeks. I have no idea if I have state refund or not and without 2018 & 2019 records (which she has) I can't found out anything.
