Why are they now sending notices asking their customers to pay out of pocket? In my honest opinion, this is Turbo Taxes failure and the problem lies between Turbo Tax and the IRS. Therefore, Turbo Tax, I urge you to contact the IRS for your payment and stop sending me notification for payment. The ball is in your court not mine!
