No idea at this point

I filed in March and still haven’t gotten anything back that it said I would. I used the online help and went through the IRS they told me it was filed but turbo tax failed at some point during submission. I tried the phone help and all I got was I was going to have to spend money to get it fixed. What am I supposed to do?

You need to find out more from the IRS. Does Turbo Tax say it was Accepted here?

And When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. what does it say?

It said it doesn’t exist
