Why didn't Turbo Tax take our payment off the top of our return, like they're suppose to? Why are they now sending notices asking their customers to pay out of pocket? In my honest opinion, this is Turbo Taxes failure and the problem lies between Turbo Tax and the IRS. Therefore, Turbo Tax, I urge you to contact the IRS for your payment and stop sending me notification for payment. The ball is in your court not mine!

And they only get the fees AFTER the IRS sends the refund. So they can't ask the IRS for payment. You need to ask the IRS why they haven't sent it yet. Turbo Tax is a self prepared return and they can't contact the IRS for you.

You see, that's exactly what I'm talking about in this country. It's nothing more than a plot and an attempt to get us so caught up in the middle of these blasted politics between companies and the government till there's nothing we can do about it. Therefore, Turbo Tax, as a licensed tax consultancy, needs to find out why they weren't paid off the top as their agreement with the IRS. This is a violation of that agreement between the IRS and tax consultancy. So, it looks like to me that this is indeed a fault of Turbo Tax for not ensuring said agreement was the agreement.

Never, not the first time, in dealing with Turbo Tax, has this ever happened to me. Somebody dipped their hand in the "cookie jar" when they weren't suppose to and laughing about it. You can defend them all you want but I stand by what I said. The ball is in their court, not mine! I will revoke all charges to my "pocket" should any occur. I elected for it to be taken out of my tax return. That's where they need to obtain my fees from. End of discussion.
