As of 2/8/19 no movement on wmr but I do have a transcript. Filed and accepted on 1/25, transmitted on the 28th...tt estimated DD 2/15.

Ok, so check your ACCOUNT transcript, not return transcript. You should see a cycle code 846. It should also say the amount. Some people have a cycle code, but some people see an actual date.

If your return is complete and you have code 846 next to it it should say "Refund Issued" and a date.
