@edub75 Your friend can also do it online if they don’t want to talk to anyone, questions are pretty basic, outside of your personal info (address and stuff) they just ask to confirm some numbers on your taxes, as long as you have the taxes in front of you it’s a piece of cake. But if you friend has so much anxiety that they might hang up doing it online would be better

GOOD NEWS! My WMR hasn’t updated BUT I ordered my paper transcripts and it shows a refund date of March 25th!!!!! Try ordering a paper copy of your return transcripts, takes about 10 days but will give you the most up to date info

I filed on January 25th, got the 5071 on February 15th. Did the verification online that day. Finally got the IRS on the phone about a week ago. The lady said it was approved but still processing. Lastly, she said if I don't get a dd by April 26th to call back. Arfghhhhh!! Still no update available in WMR.
