    <description>Had that problem one year....if I recall the funds go back to the IRS and they send you out a paper check. I can't remember how long but it was a few weeks.</description>

      <description>First time I have fees deducted from income tax. Filed joint account. Tpg receives my refund, takes fees, then deposits them to my spouse's account as I have done in the past. Except for some reason my spouses name or SSN does not appear on the ACH so the bank returns it to tpg. How long will it take tpg to send a paper check?&lt;BR /&gt;We filed jointly, if the IRS had deposited directly to the account, I would have had zero issues as I've been doing for years. For some reason, tpg only sends the deposit under the main taxpayer name even though we filed jointly.</description>
