Will the irs see my error and correct the error on form 8379 of including both mine and my wifes allocated earned income credit on line 19? And also she made more income, neither of us paid in, i made alot less then she but together we qualified for form 8812 child tax credit, so i wrote that allocated to her...but then the eic credit is split down the middle (not a community property state)? Or does the eic get determined based on individual allocated amounts of income?
