      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, your refund shouldn't be offset if your account shows as in good standing. Refunds are only offset when your account is in default, and there is an offset placed&amp;nbsp;on your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;See this answer from TurboTax Anthony:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
