TAX REFUND 2018 2019 please help

I filed 1/15/19 and was accepted 1/16/19 - i had a status bar at first but i checked today 1/30/19 and the bar is gone .

This is what it reads

Nah this some hoax ..I filed last year and got my taxes within 5 days ..next year I wont be utilizing anyone's software systems ..we pay for them to prepare ..Then in fine print the tell you there no responsible for anything that happens to your return ..However ..you was glad to take my $99.98 for the use of software .. countries hone to shit

If you claimed eic or any other child tax credit, it will stay like that until after 2-15-19. Paths Act keeps government from issuing refunds until after that date. Saying estimated deposit date is week of 2-27-19.
