I received a LTR 4883C letter from the IRS, and now after proving my identity, my refund according to the IRS, is going to be delayed by 9 weeks. What the heck?

I paid Turbo Tax for Identity issues NOT to happen, yet it still did. Not only that, but now my refund is being delayed an additional 9 weeks. This is very disappointing and want to know how to expedite this or how Turbo Tax should handle this situation, since I swore that was what I paid extra for.

I got this today too. I think ut may be because I claimed our Baby that was born in December. It might also be due to some moving expenses I claimed? Im not sure. But I was really counting on getting that Money New Borns are expensive!
