      <description>&lt;P&gt;No.&amp;nbsp; They are both direct deposits to banks.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The NetSpend Premier Visa Card also uses underlying bank account and routing numbers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It also can depend on the individual bank's routine on how soon the funds are available once received.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, there may be additional delays.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Starting this year, if your return has EIC (earned income credit) or ACTC (additional child tax credit), the IRS will not start releasing those refunds until February 15, which means filers with those types of credits in their returns will start seeing them around the week of February 27.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
