      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;Yes&lt;/B&gt;, you should amend your return in this case, even though there is no current impact.&amp;nbsp; You are required to report your capital loss (and related future carry over) on Schedule D.&amp;nbsp; If you don't file the amendment, your carry over would be disallowed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
