PA is questioning your deduction for unreimbursed business expenses that you claimed on PA Schedule UE. The form they are requesting is for your employer to verify that the expenses claimed were ordinary and necessary for you to perform your job and that the employer did not reimburse you for these expenses.

If this form is not returned, then PA will deny the deduction.
