To access Form 8962 via interview mode:

Type form 8962 in the search box and hit enter.
Click the link Jump to form 8962 in the search results.
You will land on the page asking, "Did you all have health insurance coverage in 2015?"

To preview your return to see the completed form:

Please follow the instructions below to preview your return:

Sign in (continue) your online return, if you're not already signed in.
Click Review near the top of your screen, and then click Summary right below it.
Near the bottom of the We Guarantee screen, click the Preview Return link (it's directly above the Back button). This will let you view your 1040 form.
To view all forms, schedules, and worksheets in your return:

Click the X in the upper right corner of your 1040 preview form to close it.
From the My Account drop-down at the top, select Print Center.
In the pop-up, click the first option (Print, save, or preview this year's return). If you haven't paid or registered yet, you'll be prompted to do so before you can view your full return.
