I filled out the form online and at the end tried to pay with federal refund and was informed that was not acceptable because the spouse was under 18 years old. I am the spouse and I'm 80years . I will not sign and approve the form because it is incorrect. If I don't get an answer soon I will delete it.

sign back into your account and your return Click My Info...

sign back into your account and your return
Click My Info on the left side-bar
Click Edit on the right side of your name
Scroll down and correct the birth date
Click Continue
