No, you can't email an amended return. You will need to print, sign and mail your forms to the IRS. You will also need to send in any forms that caused the need for an amendment (Original 1040 Form, new 1040X Form and additional forms).

No. There is not a way to email returns.

You could log into your TurboTax online account from their computer and print this out.
