I just got off the phone with an advocate and was told that there's nothing wrong and that my refund has been approved but is being held because of tax credit, she told me that they are suppose to be doing another release by Friday and if I don't see anything by then to call back

I'm still waiting no updates,no bars,still says "still processing".Smh!!..let's hope for Friday but I know for sure they update on Saturdays now because my sister and sis-in-law got there dates last saturday.On turbotax website mines says"estimated refund date 3/2/19..so if I don't recieve a date by saturday..I'll be sure to call first thing Monday morning.

Update! I called on Monday and the guy was super nice. He hold me that the reason my return is still processing because they somehow didn’t get my healthcare 1095-a because I had insurance through marketplace. And They also needed 8962 form. So I faxed it Tuesday. He also said that it will take 6-8 weeks to get it. So if you think something is wrong please call.

I recommend you guys order your tax transcripts online and look at the codes. I learned last year how to because I went through the same situation and that is the only reason I knew when my refund was coming. I didnt get it until may last year. So this year i figured whatever I'll just roll with it and wait again because my bars disappeared again. I started checking them online and it said that they hadn't even recieved my taxes. Then today they are finally showing up and it says "refund issued March 6th" so that's the day I will get it. Btw my bars are still gone and it says the same thing yours are saying. If you have to have them mailed it's not worth it because they take long to get and they can change any day. I checked mine everyday. Then you can also look up tax transcript codes and learn how to read them yourself. Like last year I was stuck with a code 530 which basically means my refund was just stalled and I didnt know why. It took 4 months but I got it in the same amount it was supposed to be. You have to have either a credit card in your name , a home loan in your name or a phone bill in your name to get them. If you dont have those you cant get the online ones and as I said the mailed ones aren't worth it. In my experience calling the IRS never helped, and wmr never updated. I had learned to do that from other forums I was on. Knowing people were in the same boat made me feel so much better but it still sucked. I hope you all figure something out soon. It's frustrating indeed.
