      <description>&lt;P&gt;It would not be a bad idea to create an amended return and
include the Form 1099-R.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Even though it may not affect your bottom line refund or
balance due, the amount reported in box 1 of the Form 1099-R should be reported
on your return as a distribution.&amp;nbsp; The
IRS will have a copy of that form and will expect to see it reported.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;For instructions to amend your return, see the information below.&lt;/P&gt;
