There are separate lines on Schedule C for 1099MISC and other income, so you normally would want to make sure that you report the income on the right lines. However, your overall total income has been reported in full, so your return is not inaccurate. Thus, there is no need to amend your return.

But, it is possible that you may wind up getting a letter from the IRS because they are expecting to see the 1099-MISC on that line. While it's not a guarantee you will receive a letter since your total income was still reported, just be prepared for that scenario. You would simply respond to the letter explaining what happened and that your income has been fully reported (keep a copy of the Form 1099-MISC).
