If you received your refund of state tax in 2017, from the amended 2013 tax return AND if you itemized deductions on your 2013 tax return, then you must include the state refund amount.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If, however, you did not itemize deductions in 2013, then you do not have to report that amount as income.&amp;nbsp; The same applies to for the 2016 return if one of the forms is for last year's refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can go directly to enter your document(s) in&amp;nbsp;&lt;B&gt;TurboTax&lt;/B&gt;&amp;nbsp;desktop or online.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;
