When you first log in to your TurboTax account, you should see your e-file status. It will show e-filed, pending, accepted, or incomplete as the status next to Federal and State. If you have not yet filed State, it will give you the option to complete your return from that screen. If you do not see that option, you may also do the following for an incomplete State status:

Sign in to TurboTax Online
Find My TurboTax
From the drop-down menu, select My Tax Timeline
Scroll down to "SOME THINGS YOU CAN DO"
Click Add a state under your 2015 tax return

If you have not e-filed your federal return, you must do so before e-filing your state return due to security measures.
