Do you mean you cannot find the account you started preparing your tax return in, or you want to know when you are getting a tax refund? And for what tax year?

If you are logged into Turbotax you may not be in your correct account.

Or, you may have inadvertently created a new account when trying to log in if you had to reset your password.

Try logging in with the credentials you used last year.
