I am amending my return because I forgot to report my cash tips.
Please advise the best way to do this online.
I really appreciate your help - I spent a lot of time looking for the way to do this.

The page shown in the screen shot comes up after entering the W-2.

If the tips were from a job, where you did not get a W-2, you do not use form 4137. You enter the tip income as self employment income (schedule C or C-EZ) and TurboTax generates schedule SE to pay your FICA tax (and the "employer's" share too)

Thank you. Is there any way we could talk on the phone? I reported the tips on the wrong form and not I can't find a way to get back to the same form and delete the information.

You cannot manually complete or modify forms with the online versions of TurboTax. You can with download/CD versions.

@Isiah4316 Click this link for info on Printing Forms and Worksheets if you have already filed your return.

If you have not yet filed, after you pay for your return, you can Print/View/Save a copy of your return as a PDF. Choose the option 'with all forms and worksheets'.
