      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;It depends.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/B&gt;Even though Tennessee does not have a state income tax, you do file a tax return and pay the state tax of another state when you work there.&amp;nbsp; Since you were working in Georgia, Georgia taxes the income.&amp;nbsp; You receive a refund when you have paid in more tax than what Georgia would tax you.&amp;nbsp; You may get some of it back, but it is not likely going to be all or most of it.&amp;nbsp; This FAQ has additional information:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4777207" target="_blank"&gt;https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4777207&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
