Why are you wanting your 2016 W-2s? Are you wanting to prepare a 2016 return that you never filed?
Or did you file a 2016 return and want a copy of your 2016 return?

As explained in the answer below, TurboTax does not have copies of your W-2s, only the information you entered from the W-2s. If you download your return, and it has all the worksheets, there is one called "W-2: Wage & Tax Statement" that has info from your W-2, but it is not an actual W-2. If you can't get a copy from your employer, the answer below tells some alternatives that might help.
