&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You don't amend a federal return to file a nonresident state return. You can just go ahead with the nonresident Oklahoma return. There's nothing on your federal return that would be amended on account of a state tax return.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
