Did you prepare and file your 2016 return using the online version of TurboTax 2016? Or did you use the CD version that you physically installed on your computer? What is the reject reason or code that you received? Be aware that a prior year return can not be e-filed. The IRS says so. So you'll have to print, sign and mail it to the IRS.

I have the same issue. I used the online version, but I have no idea what the rejection reason is. How can I find our WHY my return was rejected?
