Still haven't received my refund

The IRS website says that refund has been received and it's still in process. Is there any way to call a direct line and get an assistance?

As of right now the government is shut down and until they reach agreement with the President..the IRS won’t be processing anything I believe as I am in the same boat with mine and got a message last week on the where’s my refund site stating this.
