@Divian16 So sorry for your loss. First of all, did your mom use TurboTax to file her tax returns? Without her account and user ID you will not be able to access her returns on the TT site. TT has lots of security in place to prevent that.

If you do not have that information, you will have to go through some steps to get the returns. Are you the executor? Do you have legal authority to obtain her documents?

Here is a copy of an answer given by TurboTax to a question similar to yours:

I'm sorry to hear about your loss. I understand that this may seem like a lot to get into an account but we must take all due precaution to ensure the protection, privacy, and security of customer account information. We wish to make sure that the data your sister-in-law entrusted us with is protected.
You will first need to fill out an Email Change Request: https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899319
In addition to your own photo ID, you must include one of the following documents:

A copy of the Death Certificate – The name of the surviving spouse will need to be matched to a Joint E-filed Return in our system
A court order issuing Power of Attorney for the deceased and IRS form 56. (required for non spouse)
A court order marking them the executor of the estate and IRS form 56. (required for non spouse)

These additional documents may be included with the initial scan of the Photo ID.
You will also need to print and mail the return and include IRS Form 56.

You need to contact the personal representative of the decedent, @scoot99., or whoever filed the final income tax return for the decedent and/or estate/trust income tax return.

Husband (deceased) did Turbo Tax but did not make copies of the 2021 returns as he did in previous years.

The agent preparing taxes for 2022 needs those returns regarding mainly the farm and Iowa information

about which I know little. I would like to be able to receive the 2021 taxes in order to print and bring

necessary info to that agent.

You could get a copy of your 2021 tax return if your husband filed jointly in one of two ways:

you can log in to the TurboTax account and easily print the 2021 return. However, I assume that if you had the password then you already would have done that. So the other way is to go to irs.gov and create an account for yourself. Once you have created that account it will let you download your prior years' tax returns from the IRS directly.

Tax agent who is doing our 2022 taxes has all the information needed EXCEPT for farm earnings/expenses in a different state from where we live.

That is why I'm trying to get a copy of 2021 taxes to help out that agent.

Yes, I spent a considerable amount of time creating my IRS account with multi-factoring authentication.

The print-out was black and white shees: Tax Return Transcript.

Unfortunately, it does not show the actual pages where farm expenses and profits were recorded.

Not helpful to present tax agent doing 2022 taxes.

Am I expecting too much?

It's a time consuming process to obtain information for a deceased or anyone from the IRS. You may need to file Form 4506 (not 4506-T) if you want to obtain an actual copy of the 2021 tax return of the decedent.

IRS Form 4506 (There is a $43 fee for each return requested.)

You would list yourself as the fiduciary, for third party recipient.

An option for you may be the Taxpayer Advocate Service (TAS). They are in place to assist in situations where you are unable to obtain resolution on your own.

Submit a request for assistance - Form 911 Request for TAS Assistance (instructions are included)
Locate the local TAS Office for your area

This will get the process started for you. It's not going to be a fast process because they are handling a large volume at this time.

If you do not hear from TAS within one week of submitting Form 911, contact the Taxpayer Advocate office where you originally submitted your request. Incomplete information or requests submitted to a Taxpayer Advocate office outside of your geographical location may result in delays.
