    <description>&lt;P&gt;Last year my refund was kept for unpaid student loans for the amount of 5,375.30 that was what my return was suppose to be but as I said was offset . So this year while when I started to do my taxes I called to find out if they would take it again and the refund they kept last year came up . Does this mean I won’t get a return this year&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
